Scott has had over 35 years experience in the corporate world, primarily in Banking and Finance, along with some time spent in the Government and Education sectors.

Scott brings a significant amount of commercial experience as a result of working directly in a Big Four Bank for 20 years, where he was involved in Strategic Development, Financial Management, Change Management, Business Improvement, Lending Transformation and Credit and Risk Management, along with being responsible for several national operating divisions and budgets. Scott's commercial experience and business acumen has also been developed through establishing his own enterprise. Â

Scott prides himself on achieving results significantly above expectations for his clients and achieves this by practically applying the subject matter expertise and knowledge that he has gained through his vast level of practical experience. During his career to date Scott has served in Acting CEO, Executive Management, Board Advisory, Consulting, Change Agent / SME and Corporate Mediation roles, which provides him with the ability to act as a strong reference point and sounding board for his clients.

Scott is MBA qualified (People and Change Management) and also serves on the Board of a Mutual Bank.

With many years' experience in Real Estate Sales, Lending, Retail Banking and Consulting, Gennifer brings a frontline perspective to NMC. Gennifer leads the Strategic Recruitment stream of the business and is known for achieving excellent outcomes for her clients.
Darlia Kongsompard
Consultant
Darlia is a retail banking professional with more than 20 years' experience across Australia's major banking sector. Her work centers on reviewing and enhancing policies and procedures to reduce risk and support consistent, high-quality outcomes across the bank. Darlia is also heavily involved in the training and people development stream of the business.
