"Three years ago, Patterson Lakes Primary School embarked on a journey of strengthening its moral purpose in what it stood for as a school. To achieve that aim, we identified the need to improve our school culture and school climate. The school outsourced the services of Scott Dargan, a father at our the school, to initially work with the leadership team, then with all staff, to identify how individuals operate as members of teams and as members of the school community.Scott’s vast experience and knowledge in working with organisations was obvious as he listened intently, and proceeded to paint a picture of our school’s position, then provided options for moving forward to achieve a better culture and climate. Scott is very personable and humble, yet strongly focussed on setting targets to meet our needs. He has met with all staff at our school and engaged in meaningful conversations to improve every individual. We are still some years from achieving our ultimate goals, but are confident that it will be achieved through Scott’s guidance. I have formed a strong professional and personal relationship with Scott.
