Scott has had over 25 years experience in the corporate world, primarily in banking and finance. He has also been operating as a management consultant, speaker and facilitator in corporate, government and community environments for the last 6 years.
Scott has developed an extraordinary record in relation to achieving results significantly above expectations for his clients. He has practical experience in Strategy Development, Frontline Sales and Service, Sales and Service Management, Operational Management, Risk Management, Change Management, Contact Centre Management, Recruitment and Cultural Change.
Scott is MBA qualified in the fields of People and Organisational Management and Change Management. He brings significant facilitation experience in a dedicated Cultural Transformation environment with a proven track record in developing high performance environments through increasing the use of emotional intelligence to increase staff engagement, individual and team effectiveness and overall productivity.
Natural Mind Concepts was founded by Scott and his wife Gennifer in 2008 to breath life into his passion for helping individuals and organisations achieve their highest possible performance levels and to become the best that they can be.
With a Diploma in Events Management, Czarina brings class to any event, having hosted a number of corporate functions during her time in a Personal Assistant / Events Planner role as well as music showcases, fund-raisers and festivals.
Being behind the scenes organising, as well as on stage as a singer, songwriter and performer herself, she endeavours to ensure a smoothly run event.
With a positive, bubbly yet professional appeal, Czarina is also known to hold events for children to coincide with her self published children’s book & original children’s songs that donate funds to the Starlight Foundation.
Combining passion and creativity with determination and hard work, Czarina aims to inspire.
A highly experienced professional with with 25 years experience in the financial services industry. Skill areas include business strategy development and implementation, sales leadership and performance management, transformation and cultural change. James believes in making your own destiny through making choices and taking well thought through risks. This has allowed James to travel the world for extended periods of time and a 12 month trip around Australia with his young family in 2009. After that trip Jams and his family relocated to Tasmania from Sydney to provide his family with a wonderful opportunity to experience a more fulfilled life.
In 2007 James completed a social leadership course run by the Benevolent society focused on adaptive leadership across the NFP, Government and commercial arenas and looks forward to working with organizations who are serious about making changes to the way the go about doing business.
Outside the work place James is also President of the Central region junior soccer association in Hobart with the aim of encouraging as many children as possible to participate in team based sport in a fun and safe environment.
